Step 1: Download the Return Merchandise Form (download by clicking here), print and complete. Please e-mail info@mintpopshop.com if you cannot access the return form.

Step 2: Include the completed Return Merchandise Form with your merchandise when sending back.

Step 3: Mail your online return and Return Merchandise Form to the following address:

Shipping and Return Policies

-Mint Pop Shop ships to all US states, Mexico, and Canada. We're working on worldwide!

-Orders are generally shipped out the day after purchase. Saturday and Sunday purchases are shipped out Monday's. If you need an order rushed and shipped out the same day, shoot us an e-mail! Feel free to contact us if you need an order by a specific day.

- Merchandise must be postmarked for return within 14 days of confirmed delivery. No exceptions. 

- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We inspect each item, steam, and fold before sending to your doorstep, so we are aware of how it leaves our hands!

- Items sent back worn or with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, smoke &/ or perfume smell will not be accepted.  

- Final Sale Items include: Jewelry, Socks, Camis, Hats, Purses, Wallets, Scarves, Sunglasses, Bandeaus, Bras, Speciality Bras, Swimwear, Accessories, and Belts*

- Any and all clearance items are FINAL SALE.

- Promotional discounts are not considered to be "clearance" or "discounted". Unless the item(s) is specifically marked in clearance or marked as FINAL SALE.

- We recommend tracking and insuring packages sent back for return, as we cannot be responsible for any lost/damaged return packages. Keep your tracking number for your records.

- Please allow 7 business days after the receipt of the returned item for your return to be processed and your account credited.

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Packages that have been returned to us as "undeliverable" are subject to re-shipping at buyer’s expense, and initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Return shipping is non-refundable and at the buyers expense, unless you receive damaged, defective or wrong item(s).

- Should you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item(s), please contact us immediately at info@mintpopshop.com explaining the situation with photos. We can send you a replacement item and send a return shipping label for your damaged, defective or wrong item(s).

- We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item purchased at no cost, as long as the item is available. If the item is not available, you will receive a refund of the original item.
